This mango smoothie is like a ray of sunshine. It’s simple to make and tastes so refreshing! The amount of sweetness is perfect for a post-workout snack. Makes 2 generous servings, with about 21 grams of protein per serving.
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 1/2 c hemp seeds
- 3 c mangoes, frozen
- 4 dates, pitted
- 3 c water
Method:
- In a Vitamix blender, add all ingredients
- Blend until smooth, about 1 minute
- Pour and sip
