Chia Seed Pudding

This plant based chia seed pudding is healthy, delicious and creamy. It is loaded with protein, fiber, omega 3, plus other essential nutrients! One jar is topped with berries and cacao nibs, and the other jar with a dark cherry sauce, which I made from dried dark cherries. There are no rules. You can enjoy this delicious and guilt free desert with whatever fruit you crave.

Ingredients:

  • 1 c hemp seed milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a glass jar
  2. Mix well (about 3-5 minutes) until chia seeds thicken
  3. Cover, then place in fridge for 2 hours, or overnight

Toppings:

  • raspberries
  • blueberries
  • chocolate nibs
  • dark cherry sauce
  • mangoes
  • bananas
  • granola
  • pomegranate seeds

The list is endless! You can modify this recipe any way you want. If you try this recipe, I would love to hear how you made it and if you liked it. You’re welcome to tag me on Instagram ( @CamiBaias ) with your creations.

As always, bless your chia seed pudding and enjoy!

Much love,
Cami
